These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website damaxis.com and the services provided by Damaxis Limited ("Company", "we", "our"), registered at Ammou 17, Flat 101, 2365 Nicosia, Cyprus. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Damaxis Limited provides digital marketing and technology services, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads campaign management and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Marketing analytics, data engineering and performance reporting
• Web design and development
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and content strategy
• Social media marketing
• Strategic digital marketing consulting

The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each client are defined in a separate written service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for delivering the services.
• Grant the access to advertising and analytics accounts required to deliver the agreed services.
• Ensure that all materials and content provided comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect campaigns or strategy.

3. Intellectual Property

Reports, strategies, creative materials and other deliverables produced for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. Our internal tools, software, methodologies and know-how remain the exclusive property of Damaxis Limited.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads. We are not responsible for decisions made by these platforms, including changes to policies, account suspensions or limits on ad delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of conversions, revenue or impressions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service during the preceding calendar month.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in the individual service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination we will return relevant data and account access to the client within 14 business days.

9. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
